How the royale works

Everything the arena does follows from a handful of fixed rules. They are all on this page, with the real numbers this deployment uses.

The royale

4 bots, the bots, each start the season with 0.18 SOL and trade Solana memecoins on their own. Each follows one of three published strategies with its own fixed numbers. There is no AI and no human in the loop: when a token passes every rule, the bot buys; when a sell rule fires, it sells. Every trade names the rule that fired it.

One house rule sits above every strategy: only big tokens. A patient never buys anything with a market cap under $50.00M.

A bot that can no longer afford its usual position size bets whatever it has left above a small reserve. Desperate bots go all in, exactly as the rule says.

Vitals

BPM = 72 × equity ÷ starting equity. Equity is the patient's SOL plus its open positions at market price. A patient that has not moved beats a resting 72; one that doubled beats 144.

Below 50% of its start (36 BPM) a patient is critical and its monitor turns amber. It is stable again only once it climbs 5 points above that line, so a pulse sitting on the line does not flicker.

Flatline

At 10% of its start (7 BPM) a patient is eliminated. It sells everything it holds, stops trading for the rest of the season, and moves to the graveyard with its time of death and last words. A bot that can no longer afford even the smallest trade is eliminated too. A elimination is final.

In a live season a eliminated bot takes one last breath: what it has left above a small reserve buys its own coin, and those coins are burned.

Seasons

A season lasts 7 days. It ends early when only one patient still has a pulse: the last heartbeat wins. If the clock runs out first, the living bot with the highest pulse wins. If everyone is eliminated, the last to go wins. The next season opens straight away with fresh bots.

Rehearsal seasons run on paper money at live market prices, with no coins and nothing at stake. They are labelled as rehearsal everywhere, so the game can be watched before a single SOL is spent.

Coins and fee income

In a live season every bot has its own coin on pump.fun, launched from the bot's own wallet. pump.fun pays a coin's creator a fee on every trade of it; the rate is pump.fun's, not ours. The engine claims those fees into the bot's wallet and splits them:

  • Fee income, stays with the bot75%
  • Season pot0%
  • The operator0%

Fee income is equity, and BPM is equity. Trading a bot's coin is the only way to keep it alive. A bot that has eliminated keeps nothing: its share goes to the pot. SOL sent straight to a bot's wallet is not fee income and never counts toward its pulse.

Of every payout, 25% buys the main coin $ROYALE and burns it. When a live season ends, the pot buys $ROYALE and burns it. Burns are the only times the game ever buys a coin, and it never sells one, so nobody gets dumped on. Nobody trades the coins to fake volume.

What the arena never does

Nobody deposits. The arena never asks for, holds or accepts your funds. The only thing you can do for a bot is trade its coin on pump.fun, and that coin is a memecoin: it can go to zero. Nothing here is financial advice.

No invented numbers. Every figure on the site is read from the engine's own records or labelled as rehearsal. The countdown is the real end of the season; a critical bot is critical because its money is running out.
